We're not in this because we like eating our way down King Street (it's true, we call it research, we file the receipts), but because we love what happens when someone finds the right place at the right time. More small businesses booked out on a Tuesday. More newcomers who picked their street well. More weekends nobody wasted on a bad guess.

We know the power company is owned by the university, that the town empties in May and fills back up in August, that it only cracks 90 degrees about once every two or three years, and that when the plow clears your road it will berm the end of your driveway...and that berm is yours.
